Telehealth is online therapy. It uses a video conferencing platform (like zoom) but it’s protected and approved for healthcare.
Many clients prefer online therapy because it is a convenient and effective option that allows you to meet with me while in the comfort of your home.
Through online therapy I am able to work with clients anywhere in Washington State.

Whether we meet outdoors or online the journey is yours. You will choose what you’d like to share, choose the goals you want to work towards and set the pace that feels right to you.
I will be there to support you and guide you towards a deeper understanding of yourself or even a different way of looking at your concern. We will spend a lot of our session in conversation but we will also take time to practice relaxation techniques.

I usually recommend that people come each week for the first few months because it takes time to develop a realtionship in therapy! Some people opt for every other week after that. If price is the deciding factor, let’s talk about sliding scale so you can come consistently and get the support you need.
